1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Zartash Couture is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Zartash Couture without creating an account.

However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Track your order
Review your account history Save your details so you may not have to enter Zartash again next time Manage your account details, address book and email preferences Add sold out items you like to your Wish List To set up an account, simply click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

3. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.


4. HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email and text message from zartashcouture.com having all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account/My Orders if you have placed the order online.

5. CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to zartashcouture@gmail.com or on +923205712222 with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
